Why spray foam works in Valley homes
Spray foam is applied as a liquid and expands to fill the cavity, sealing the gaps that batts and blown-in cannot reach. In the Valley that matters twice over: it stops the heat radiating down from a 150-degree attic, and closed-cell foam doubles as a moisture barrier during our humid months and hurricane season.
We install both open-cell and closed-cell foam, and we will tell you honestly which one your home needs. On some jobs a blown-in top-up is the better value, and we will say so.

How much does spray foam cost?
Roughly $1.50 to $4.50 per board foot depending on open-cell or closed-cell, thickness, and attic access. We quote the exact figure in writing after an in-home inspection.
Do I have to leave the house during the install?
We ask you to stay out of the work area while we spray and for a few hours after. Most homeowners are back in the same evening.
Is spray foam worth it over blown-in?
It depends on your home. Foam seals air leaks that blown-in cannot and gives more R-value per inch, but blown-in is a strong, lower-cost option for many Valley attics. We will tell you which makes sense for yours.
